Chicken in Pandanus Leaves

Ingredients
300 g diced Chicken Thighs
2 cloves Garlic sliced thinly
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp sugar
Pandanus Leaves

Method
1. Mix all ingredients together in bowl and let it sit for 30 minutes

2. Wrapping chicken in leaves.

3. Place a toothpick in to hold leaves down.

4. In medium high wok add ½” oil and add chicken in batches.

5. Drain and serve.
