My second fried rice recipe. Very easy to prepare.
Ingredients :
Two bowls white rice.
Item for grinding :
Dried cili (soak)
Half cup of dried anchovies (ikan bilis kering)
3 onions
2 cloves garlic
Oil for frying (about 1/2 of a cup)
A bit of sweet soya sauce
A bit of Salt
Method :
1. Heat oil and fry grinded ingredients till fragrant.
2. Add in sweet soya sauce and salt (based on your preference, till it taste ok)
4. Add in rice and mix thoroughly.
5. Ready to serve.
So easy.. Try it today.
